THE fees which are charged, both for the CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES AT NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA (NOUN) are listed below.
Take note that this information was recently published and it might change next year. Students should also be notified, that the Certificate and Diploma programmes at National Open University attracts a fee of twenty-nine thousand Naira only (N29,000).

Fees Charged for Certificate and Diploma Programmes
Students of the academic institution, should note that the senate board has considered and approved the presentation, which was made by the Director, CLL&WT that the total fees which is made applicable for Certificate and Diploma programmes in the University would be twenty-nine thousand Naira only (N29,000), as against the Thirty thousand naira only (N30,000) previously charged.

Library fee: N1,000
ICT administration charge fee: N10,000
